Orders

All orders are despatched within 3-5 working days. All orders are subject to availability. Occasionally, we may run out of stock on popular items and we will notify you of this by email.

When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return a Product (other than perishable produce) up to 7 days after your order has been delivered (cooling off period). We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. Goods must only be retuned if they are unused, unopened and in their original condition. 

Prices

The prices quoted are those valid at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alteration to the rate of value-added tax. Value Added Tax (VAT) All prices on this site are quoted in and include VAT.

Deliveries

Our normal delivery charges are as follows:
Within the Republic of Ireland: €3.00 per order under €50. Free shipping on orders over €50 within the Republic of Ireland. If the goods are not delivered after 20 days a refund will be issued.

The terms and conditions of this website are provided by The Positive Word which is registered in Ireland. Your use of this website constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. We may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating the website. Changes to these terms and conditions will be effective immediately when they are posted on the website. We reserve the right to close any, or all, of the website at any time, and to amend or correct any website content, with or without prior notice.
